Luca and Harlow – 3d Printing “Helpers”

Our Story
What started as a personal passion for design and technology has grown into a full-fledged creative workshop focused on FDM (fused deposition modeling) 3D printing. We specialize in printing open-source designs, collaborating with the maker community, and shipping custom creations across the continental U.S.
From brain-teasing puzzle boxes to charming figurines and custom builds like the Jellycat Lightbox, each piece is made with care, precision, and a little flair.
We here at GSO 3D Creations are big fans of our feline “helpers” and you will see them throughout our site. Check out our post on Lithophanes and Chromaphanes to see a great way to show off your loved one or pet!
About FDM
Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the most popular and accessible forms of 3D printing. It works by precisely melting and layering thermoplastic filament to build objects from the ground up — one layer at a time. This additive process allows for the creation of durable, functional, and highly customizable items, from everyday tools to artistic pieces. With a wide range of material options and colors, FDM makes 3D printing affordable and adaptable to countless applications.
At GSO 3D Creations, FDM is at the heart of everything we do. It allows us to transform open-source designs into tangible, creative products for customers across the U.S. Whether we’re printing clever puzzle boxes, miniature figurines, or one-of-a-kind commissions, we rely on the flexibility and precision of FDM technology to bring ideas to life — right here in Greensboro.
